A little bit about me...

Hello, I'm Fuchsia!

I'm 22 years old, and if I had to describe myself in a few words, I would say that I'm passionate about travel, discovery, good food and... beautiful places.

I've always loved planning trips. Searching for hours to find the best places, planning the must-try restaurants, searching for the perfect spots to admire the sunset or have a drink with a beautiful view. I put my heart into it, because for me, a successful trip is a blend of flavors, atmospheres, and places that leave a lasting impression.

By carefully planning my vacations, creating notebooks full of recommendations and sharing my discoveries with my friends who asked me “do you know a good restaurant there?”, I said to myself: why not do it for everyone?

This is how Gate 22 was born. A site where I share my travel guides with you, designed as I would for myself: with love, indulgence, and attention to detail.

Because beyond discovering cities, what I really like is eating (a lot), capturing the beauty of the places I go to, immersing myself in the local culture, discovering the history and soul of the places I visit, getting lost in the alleys of a neighborhood, or admiring the monuments that make a city so rich.

This is what I want to share with you in my guides, filled with my best food spots, incredible places and ideas for discovering each destination in all its facets.
